Terms of service

WeFlyVIP is the trading name under which Vyssor Corporate Services FZCO operates its travel business. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person or company asking us to arrange travel. You can reach us at contact@weflyvip.com.

We act as an agent. We source, quote and book flights, accommodation, transfers and related arrangements with airlines, hotels and other suppliers on your behalf. The contract for the travel itself is between you and that supplier, and their own conditions of carriage or booking apply alongside these terms.

Quotes are indicative until a booking is confirmed and paid. Fares, room rates and availability change constantly and can be withdrawn by the supplier before a booking is issued. Every quote we send states the total payable, including taxes and fees known to us at the time.

A booking is confirmed only once we have received payment in cleared funds and the supplier has issued the ticket or reservation. Until then, no arrangement is held in your name unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for giving us names exactly as they appear in the travel documents, and for holding valid passports, visas, permits and any health documentation required for your journey. We will flag requirements we are aware of, but we cannot guarantee entry to any country.

Change and cancellation rules are set by the supplier and we will state them in writing before you pay. Where a change is possible, we will handle it for you and pass on the supplier's charges.

We are liable for the reasonable care we take in arranging your travel. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, drivers or other suppliers, nor for delay, cancellation or disruption outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and disruption. We do not sell insurance.

Tell us as soon as something goes wrong, ideally while you are still travelling, so we can try to fix it. Written complaints go to contact@weflyvip.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
