Through the enquiry forms on this site, by email, and through WhatsApp, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the city you are based in, and the details of the travel you are asking about — routes, dates, cabin, passengers, and any preferences or requirements you tell us, including dietary or accessibility needs. For a booking we also collect passenger names as shown in the passport, dates of birth, document numbers where the airline requires them, loyalty programme numbers, and billing details. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

We also collect basic technical information when you visit the site, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.

To answer your enquiry and prepare quotes, and to make and manage bookings — this is necessary to take steps at your request and to perform our agreement with you. To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including accounting and travel-agency record keeping. To improve the service and keep the site secure, which is our legitimate interest. Travel is international by nature. Your details will be transferred to suppliers and systems in the countries you travel to or through, which may have different data protection standards than your own. Where we can, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses; where a transfer to an airline or immigration authority is required to complete the journey, it is necessary for the performance of your booking.

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 24 months. Booking and financial records are kept for the period required by UAE tax and commercial law, currently five years from the end of the relevant financial year. Preference notes held for returning clients are kept until you ask us to delete them.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Write to contact@weflyvip.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion may be limited where we must keep records for legal reasons, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Access to client information is limited to the people who need it, protected by authentication, and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, tell you directly.
