WeFlyVIP started with flights and that's still most of what we do. Now we arrange the stay around them — where you sleep, who drives you, and what's booked when you land. It's live and we're taking enquiries.
What we arrange
Four things we do well, and nothing we don't.
Hotels and suites
Rooms held at rates you won't see on the booking sites, and upgrades where our relationships and our people can get them. We say plainly when a hotel is the wrong call for your dates.
Villas and private stays
For families, groups, or a week where a hotel corridor isn't the point. We check the house is what the photos say before you commit.
Transfers and drivers
A car at both ends, a driver who waits when the flight is late, and one number to call if you land somewhere unfamiliar.
Tables, tickets, and the small things
The restaurant that's full, the seats that sold out, the pharmacy run at 11pm. Ask and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it.
Flights first
If we're booking the flight, we build the stay around it.
We already know your landing time, your terminal and how long you're staying, so the room is held for the right night and the car is there when you clear customs. You get one itinerary with everything on it, and one person to message if any of it moves.
