WeFlyVIP Concierge · By application

Say where you're going. That's your part.

A fixed monthly fee, and your travel stops being something you manage. We arrange the flights, the rooms, the cars, and everything around them. You still pay for the trip — you just never plan one again.

Booking a trip is the easy part.

Anyone can buy a ticket. What costs you is everything around it: the rebooking at two in the morning from an airport hotel, the room that turned out to be above the bar, the driver who wasn't there when you landed and the twenty minutes you spent finding out why. None of it is difficult on its own. It just keeps arriving, and it always arrives on the day you have the least room for it.

Then there is the repetition. The same seat preference explained to a new agent every year, the same note about the shellfish, the same request for a high floor away from the lift, the same August dates for the same four people. You have told someone all of this before. You will almost certainly tell someone again next month.

Membership is the version where none of that reaches you.

We keep a file on how you travel.

The first thing that happens after you join is one conversation. It usually takes an hour. We ask how you like to fly, where you have stayed and what went wrong there, who travels with you and when, and the small things you would normally only mention when they have already been got wrong.

All of it gets written down once. After that, nobody asks you again. Your file is what the team works from, so a request for a week in London in October becomes a set of decisions we can already make on your behalf, and you only hear about the ones that need you.

What we handle.

Flights

We find and hold the fares, in the cabin you fly, and book them in your name. You see the fare before anything is confirmed.

Hotels & villas

We choose the room, not just the hotel, and arrange the upgrade and the late checkout before you land.

Ground

Drivers, transfers, and the car that's already outside when you arrive.

Tables & tickets

Restaurants that are full, seats that are sold out, and the things that still need a phone call.

The line

A named person, reachable directly, wherever you are.

Disruption

Cancellations, missed connections, and weather. We rebook while you're still on the aircraft.

Family & team

Your household and your colleagues travel on the same membership.

The itinerary

One document per trip, kept current. Nobody chases a confirmation email.

One fee for the work. The travel stays yours.

The fee covers

Our time, our relationships, and our availability. Every arrangement, every trip, for as many trips as you take.

You pay for

The flights, the rooms, the cars, and the reservations. Booked in your name, at what they cost.

We don't earn more when you spend more. That's the point.

Membership

$3,500/ month

One fixed fee. No tiers.

Billed monthly, no contract term.

Covers your household and your team.

Travel costs are separate, billed at what they cost.

We take a small number of members so that the line is always answered. If we're full, we'll say so.

Membership isn't for everyone.

It works well if

  • You travel at least monthly, or you move a family or a team.
  • You'd rather send one message than manage a booking.
  • The arrangement matters more to you than the line item.
  • You already spend enough on travel that the fee is a rounding error against your time.

It probably doesn't if

  • You travel a few times a year.
  • You enjoy planning your own trips.
  • The fare is the only thing you're optimising for.

In that case booking per trip is the better fit, and we'd tell you so on the call. Book a single trip instead.

Our connection out of Frankfurt went on a Friday evening with the children asleep in the lounge. By the time I had found someone to speak to, I already had a message telling me we were on the later flight and the hotel had been told we would be arriving after midnight.

I have not planned a trip in a year. I say the city and the week, I approve what comes back, and I pay for the flights and the rooms the way I always did. The difference is that none of the arranging is mine any more.
